Postecoglou reply critics boldly amid Liverpool job speculation

Despite the rumors, Postecoglou remains steadfast in his commitment to his current role.
When questioned about the reports linking him to Liverpool, Postecoglou acknowledged the possibility but emphasized that his focus lies solely on his responsibilities at Tottenham.
He expressed his dedication to the ongoing process of building the team and reiterated that there is still much work to be done.
Regarding his future at Spurs, Postecoglou remained unperturbed by uncertainties surrounding managerial positions.
He highlighted the unpredictable nature of the profession, noting that speculation is inevitable regardless of the team’s performance.
Drawing on his extensive managerial experience spanning 26 years, Postecoglou reiterated his commitment to his role at Tottenham and emphasized the importance of finishing the season strongly to establish a solid foundation for future success.
“If [the links to Liverpool] is just people throwing up names, then who cares? Like, seriously? But, at the end of the day, if I’m doing a good job then hopefully people will acknowledge that, in one form or another — whatever that form is. But so-called ‘chat’, that’s of no interest to me.”
