Sunderland face £50m Tottenham transfer interest as £10.5m Florent Ghisolfi target emerges – round-up

Sunderland AFC are reportedly eyeing a move for Soufiane El-Faouzi, valued at roughly £10.5m after impressing in Germany this season.

The 23-year-old has also attracted interest from Brentford FC, Bologna FC 1909 and Celtic FC, though he remains focused on helping FC Schalke 04 in their promotion push.

Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur are considering a move for Sunderland goalkeeper Robin Roefs as they look to strengthen their options between the posts. He is believed to be on a shortlist alongside James Trafford and Bart Verbruggen.

Despite growing interest, Sunderland are expected to stand firm. Roefs, who joined from NEC Nijmegen for around £11.5m, has enjoyed an outstanding debut season and is now valued at over £50m. Clubs such as Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC and Manchester City have also been linked with the highly-rated shot-stopper.
