Tottenham need to offer star man £120k/week contract in order to lure him away
Eberechi Eze, a midfielder for Crystal Palace, has been linked to leaving the team at the conclusion of the current campaign.
According to a report from Tottenham news via TeamTalk, Tottenham Hotspur has been connected to the player in recent weeks. The North London team will reportedly need to pay the player £120,000 per week in order to persuade him.
Additionally, a five-year contract must be extended to Eze.
The 25-year-old has shown to be a valuable member of Crystal Palace’s Premier League team, and he is undoubtedly talented enough to play for teams like Tottenham. This season, he has three assists and six goals.
He can play both as a winger and as the number 10 because of his versatility. He will bring vision, flare, and inventiveness to the last third. Spurs need more quality players in their lineup because they have relied too much on James Maddison for their inventiveness.
The prospect of playing for Tottenham the next season will appeal to the Crystal Palace star, and they may even be able to give him Champions League action.
It will be fascinating to see whether the London company is willing to pay the player the significant sum of money. With a deal with Palace until the summer of 2027, the player will cost in the neighborhood of £50 million to join.
The 25-year-old may believe that joining a team that can contend for championships and taking his career to the next level is the correct move for him. For him, moving to Tottenham would be fantastic.
