Latest Tottenham injury news with 3 players set to miss West Ham fixture

Ahead of Tuesday’s clash with West Ham, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou provided a positive injury update for fans, although three players remain sidelined.

Tottenham aims to secure a win against West Ham to keep the pressure on Aston Villa in fourth place, with Champions League qualification at stake.

A victory would not only reduce the gap with Villa but also diminish West Ham’s hopes of a top-five finish, leaving Tottenham’s Champions League rivals realistically reduced to two clubs – Villa and Manchester United.

In Monday’s press conference, Postecoglou stated, “Yeah pretty much no different to the last game. Everyone got through the game [vs Luton] unscathed. So no real change.

Everyone is good.” This update indicates that there are no new injury concerns aside from the three long-term absentees.

Fraser Forster is still recovering from a fractured foot sustained in February, with hopes of his return before May.

Meanwhile, Ryan Sessegnon, who has endured a challenging year of injuries, will not be available until next season.

After undergoing hamstring surgery and making a brief appearance in an FA Cup match, Sessegnon suffered another hamstring setback, requiring further surgery.

His return date is projected for June, and his recovery is being carefully managed given the nature of his injury.
