‘Here he is’: Gabby Agbonlahor can’t believe what he’s hearing about Tottenham Hotspur now

Tottenham Hotspur will return to Europe next season after earning Europa League qualification on the last day of the 2022/23 Premier League season.

Ange Postecoglou had hoped for Champions League participation, but Tottenham’s poor play in the last three months cost them.

You can’t blame the supporters for being optimistic about the upcoming season since their manager has instilled a positive energy in the club.

The only problem is that Tottenham has been here before in recent years, and it all ends with Daniel Levy receiving a lot of criticism.

His new manager has a bounce, but in his second season, everything begins to unravel again and goes tragically wrong.

It’s presumably why Gabby Agbonlahor laughed at Jamie O’Hara’s remarks regarding Tottenham for next season.

The former midfielder remarked that he is ‘excited’ about what the squad will create and where Postecoglou will lead the club.

Agbonlahor couldn’t believe it and found humour in stating that O’Hara already had the London team winning the Premier League championship ‘by October’, which he put on Twitter.

He further criticised O’Hara for stating on an American reality TV show that he is a ‘renowned soccer player’ from the United Kingdom.

Ange Postecoglou will coach Tottenham Hotspur next season.

“Lol,” Agbonlahor replied to O’Hara’s forecast. “Here he is. Spurs won the league in October. “The chunk is a well-known football player in Hollywood.”

Tottenham during the summer transfer window

One name has already gone through the door. Timo Werner has signed another loan agreement, and his return has confused some.

Werner is expected to be a squad player that fills in for absences, particularly with a crowded fixture slate due to Europe.

The fans, as well as Postecoglou himself, demand drastic changes.

Players such as James Maddison will be rested after being left out of England’s Euro 2024 team, so although supporters will be upset for him, he will have a summer off and be ready to establish himself next season.
