Tottenham want Everton star after £20M January deal signed off
There is new information about Tottenham’s move for Jarrad Branthwaite in Everton news. Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City are still all interested in signing Everton back Jarrad Branthwaite, as are Tottenham.
The Daily Mail reported on January 22 that Spurs are still interested in getting Branthwaite’s services, even though they signed Radu Dragusin.
The North London club still wants the Everton defender even though they already have a center-back for £26.7 million.
“Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite hasn’t stopped Tottenham from keeping an eye on him, even though they signed Radu Dragusin,” the story says.
“People who read The Confidential know that Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Manchester City are all interested in the highly rated 21-year-old, and Chelsea has also shown interest ahead of the summer.”
“People thought Tottenham was no longer interested after they signed Dragusin this month, but they are still looking as they get ready to add to their team in the summer.” Premier League teams are also interested in Branthwaite because he is from the area.
Not easy to hold on to
Everton will have to work hard to keep Branthwaite because teams like Real Madrid, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea are very interested in him financially.
The 21-year-old could leave Everton if he gets the chance to play for the top football prize.
However, Branthwaite might do well to think about staying at Everton, especially now that Sean Dyche is in charge.
Even though there are better cash opportunities elsewhere, Dyche’s advice and regular playing time could help him grow a lot.
If Branthwaite plays more games and gains useful experience in the Premier League with Everton for a couple of years, it could improve his skills and make him a more desirable option for top clubs in the future.
But at the end of the day, it may depend on what the center back wants. If he wants to leave, it might be possible in the summer.
