Tottenham predicted lineup vs Brighton – Premier League
Under Ange Postecoglou, Tottenham Hotspur is back on track. They go to Brighton on Thursday in an attempt to win four consecutive games.
A hard-fought and lucky 2-1 win against Everton on Saturday filled N17 with joy, and supporters are buzzing about what the team may do by the end of 2023–24 after learning about recent injury reports.
Midweek on the south coast, their Christmas schedule resumes against Brighton, who have lost their last three league games. Postecoglou and Roberto De Zerbi square up for the first time, so it’s sure to be an idealistic fight.
This is how the Tottenham team may lineup to play the Seagulls.
Tottenham lined up against Brighton (4-3-3) as planned.
GK: Vicario Guglielmo: The Italian demonstrated his importance once again in the closing minutes of Tottenham’s match against Everton, making two spectacular saves.
RB: Pedro Porro: The only players who have played more Premier League minutes for Spurs this season than the consistently improving Porro are Vicario and Dejan Kulusevski.
CB: Cristian Romero – The vice captain was sidelined at halftime due to a hamstring injury he sustained during the weekend. He ought to be good by Thursday.
CB: Ben Davies: Although it is hoped that Micky van de Ven will return in January, Davies has often performed well in the Dutchman’s absence.
LB: Destiny Udogie – Emerson Royal is proving to be a valuable and adaptable member of the team, but he is not an Udogie. The Italian international, who was suspended for one game, is back in the starting lineup.
DM: Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg – Ange may swap with Yves Bissouma banned after Oliver Skipp struggled on Saturday at the base of midfield.
CM: Pape Matar Sarr: The tenacious Senegalese international is a vital member of the midfield, and on Thursday, with Brighton’s ability to move through the third, his importance will be particularly felt.
CM: Dejan Kulusevski – Although the Swede had one of his less impressive performances this past weekend, Kulusevski will undoubtedly stay in the team, most likely in midfield.
RW: Brennan Johnson: He may need to improve in a few areas, but he is undoubtedly effective in the latter part of the game. Johnson contributed to both of Everton’s goals.
ST: Richarlison: After having surgery, the Brazilian is clearly looking sharper and is enjoying his finest scoring streak while wearing a Spurs jersey.
LW: Son Heung-min: Son was very ineffective in the latter portion of the game over the weekend, even though he scored. Still, this season has seen the South Korean play well.
