Postecoglou admits Tottenham know exactly who they are going to buy this summer

This summer, Tottenham will try to take another big step towards the top of the Premier League table. Ange Postecoglou has said that the North London club knows exactly who they need to buy.

Last summer and in January, Spurs brought in some very important players, such as Guglielmo Vicario, Micky van de Ven, and James Maddison. All of these players have made a big difference in Tottenham’s season.

The press asked Postecoglou on Friday, before the summer transfer window opens, if a spot in the Champions League next season changes their plans.

The Spurs coach said that the North London team already knows what they need for the 2024–25 season and that won’t change in the next few weeks.

Postecoglou told Fabrizio Romano, “I don’t think our plans for strengthening the team over the off-season will change a lot from where they are now.”

“We understand what we need.” We know what we need to work on, but it won’t happen.

Tottenham has a very good team right now, and after beating Aston Villa 4-0 last weekend, it looks like the North London club will make the Champions League next season. Spurs are only two points behind Birmingham, but they have a game in hand.

The job of the scorer is what Postecoglou will want to improve the most. The English star Harry Kane left the Premier League club for Bayern Munich last summer, and they never got a replacement. Richarlison and Son have played nine this season, but Spurs could reach a whole new level with a real nine.
