Tottenham can offer €6m a year – Spurs looking at new target, can make dream happen

On Wednesday, we covered claims from Italy which stated Tottenham Hotspur have made a first approach to sign Juventus’ Federico Chiesa this summer.

It was also said the forward has a dream of making a switch to the Premier League and he would be inclined to do this over joining another Serie A side.

The Italy international has 12 months left on his contract, and there’s no renewal in sight. This window would be the Old Lady’s last chance to cash in from his sale and the report says they value him between €25m and €30m.

Last season, Chiesa mainly operated behind the striker, while he was also used across the front three positions at times, managing 10 goals and three assists. Both his versatility and qualities make him an ‘interesting target’ for the Premier League side.
