3 Tottenham players named and shamed in arrogant Fulham defeat as Son launches tirade against teammates

After Spurs lost, Son Heung-min was angry with his teammates.

Tottenham lost 3-0 to Fulham, and former midfielder Jamie Redknapp criticised his old team for playing in a “arrogant” way. He singled out three players in particular and told them they were wrong.

Spurs were coming off a 4-0 win over Aston Villa the previous weekend. They knew that a win at Craven Cottage would put them above Unai Emery’s team in the table and put them in the top four.

With 10 games left, a win would have put them nine points ahead of sixth-placed Manchester United. The top five teams are looking more and more likely to make it to the Champions League next season.

Instead, Fulham blew away Tottenham. Muniz, a Brazilian star player, scored twice, one right after Sasa Lukic’s first goal for the club.

Sky Sports commentator Redknapp was shocked by how flat the team played. Destiny Udogie, James Maddison, and Yves Bissouma were all singled out for blame.

The manager said, “When I’ve watched Tottenham play this season, there has been so much joy in their play.”

“I thought that shows like that were over. I didn’t think we would see them again with Ange Postecoglou in charge.”

“From the first minute on, they were off it.” I need an explanation. Because Van de Ven is such an important player, not having him play is a big deal. But other games have gone well without him playing.

It seemed like they didn’t have any energy when they played. Destiny Udogie was one of those guys who had great games, but today he was so off. Yves Bissouma in the middle and James Maddison never got a handle on it; they each won their own fights.

“The energy level I saw was so high that I almost want the manager to say there was a flu in the camp or something.” They blew Villa out in the second half after how they played against them last week.

“But they were cocky when they came into this game.” that we will show up, play well, and win easily. It’s not like that in the Premier League. This might be the wake-up call he needs.

“Ange never blames his players, but if I were him, I would be furious and yell at them in the locker room, ‘If you think that’s good enough to make top four, we might not even make top five.'” These people need to get going again. It wasn’t like them at all.”

Son criticises his Tottenham friends because he is upset

Son Heung-min, the captain, didn’t hold back when he said what he thought about the effort.

After the game, the clearly upset South Korean star told Sky Sports, “It is unacceptable, and I agree with you.”

“Everyone needs to look at themselves and say, ‘I’m to blame.'”

“That wasn’t good enough. We did not work as hard as we have this season. It wasn’t good enough, both the work and the attitude.

“Everyone needs to wake up!”

“This wasn’t even close to what we’ve been doing this season.” It makes me sad to watch this. “This is not fair to the fans.”
