After an inconsistent Premier League season that secured them a spot in the Europa League, Tottenham Hotspur are gearing up for a busy summer transfer window.

The club is keen to bolster its squad and has been linked with several players in recent weeks. Among their top targets is Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze, a move that could significantly enhance their attacking options.

In stark contrast, Ramsey managed just one goal and two assists in 21 games for Aston Villa, averaging a goal involvement every seven matches.

Eze excels in key areas such as non-penalty expected goals and assists, actual non-penalty goals and assists, progressive passes, shots on target, goals per shot, and shot-creating actions per 90 minutes. Additionally, Eze’s defensive contributions, such as ball recoveries and aerial duels, also surpass those of Ramsey.

Eze’s exceptional performance metrics highlight why Tottenham is willing to invest heavily in securing his services. While Ramsey is undoubtedly a talented player, Eze’s consistent ability to influence games and deliver results makes him a more valuable asset.
