‘Neck on line’: Journalist says £26M player will probably sign for Tottenham in few days

So far, Tottenham Hotspur has been the team that has done the most business in January.

Spurs have already brought in two new players this month, while their rivals have been slow to act. A third player could be joining soon.

Indeed, George Sessions said on The Spurs Chat Podcast that Antonio Nusa will likely sign with Tottenham before the end of the transfer market.

Spurs were linked with a move for the £26 million player last week. The rumor has died down over the past few days, but Sessions says there’s no reason to worry about the move because he still thinks the deal will go through.

It was the reporter who talked about the young attacker.

“The second half of the window was all about him.” Don’t worry too much about the fact that the news came out last week and nothing has happened since then. Don’t worry too much. “It’s clear that Spurs want Antonio Nusa, and they were linked to him in the summer as well, so he’s been on their radar for a while,” Sessions said.

Since this is a loan deal that works for Club Brugge, I’d put my neck out there and say that Spurs will probably get this done.

At the end of a great trade window for Tottenham, this would be a great pick.

This month, Spurs showed that they mean business by standing by their boss when other clubs wouldn’t. Hopefully, that will pay off at the end of the season.

Spurs have done everything they can this month to prepare for the short and long term future of the club. Nusa’s coming could be the cherry on top.
