Postecoglou now vying 2 more signings for Tottenham as well as finalised Solanke deal

While Ben Davies offers defensive solidity, he lacks the attacking prowess that Udogie brings, making this a priority area for reinforcement.
One of the unexpected highlights of Tottenham’s pre-season has been the resurgence of Djed Spence. The 23-year-old returned to the club with a renewed attitude, impressing the coaching staff and potentially saving the club from needing to sign another right-back. Spence’s performances suggest that he could be a valuable asset in the upcoming campaign, providing depth and versatility on the right side of defense.
With Spence likely covering the right-back position alongside Pedro Porro, Tottenham’s attention must now turn to the left-back slot. The lack of like-for-like backup for Udogie could become a significant issue over a long and grueling season.
