Considerable progress was made in north London last season with Spurs securing themselves a spot in the new formatted Europa League.
And with that will come the requirement to play more games which will see Postecoglou need to rotate his squad frequently if they are to compete on all fronts.
With Gray just one of the youngsters at the club who could earn a considerable amount of game time this season, he will be relying on his teammates to help him settle in quickly to his new club.
And right-back Pedro Porro has already issued a message following the 18-year-old’s signing.

Since making the move to north London, Gray has spoken to the club’s media channels with his first interview going down a treat.
The youngster admitted his move to Spurs was aided largely by his admiration for Postecoglou as he’s a big Celtic fan.
Gray will be joining a Spurs side which has had a youthful influence cast upon the squad since Postecoglou’s arrival last season.

Tottenham will require strong team spirit this season

Clearly, there are players who have not fit that bill for the Australian at the club with the likes of Tanguy Ndombele having already been moved on this summer.
But with so many games set to be played this season, Tottenham are going to require a strong team spirit as much as a strong squad.
Spurs had it fairly straightforward last season in terms of playing no European football, but this season is going to provide a completely different test.
So it will be interesting to see how they handle the pressure of playing Sunday-Thursday-Sunday.
