Many stories say Ndombele has had a hard time staying fit, as he has only played 385 minutes of league football for the Turkish team so far this season.

There was video of Ndombele playing in a cup game against Umraniye that seemed to prove that.

The 27-year-old defender had a hard time getting across the floor and looked like he had gained weight.

Ange Postecoglou, the manager of Spurs, knew he wasn’t fit enough before the season started. The Australian told football.london that Ndombele was “a little bit physically behind the rest as well you know” during the Tottenham game.
