‘Medical booked’: Tottenham Hotspur finalise centre-back transfer exit

Tottenham Hotspur defender Alfie Dorrington is reportedly completing a medical at Scottish Premiership club Aberdeen ahead of a potential loan move this month.

Football Insider has claimed that the 19-year-old is finalizing the deal and will spend the second half of the season gaining valuable first-team experience with the Dons. Aberdeen, currently fourth in the Scottish Premiership after 22 matches, has struggled defensively this season, conceding 30 goals.

Injuries to key players Favin Molloy and Jack Milne have further highlighted the need for reinforcements in their backline, prompting head coach Jimmy Thelin to pursue Dorrington.

Aberdeen has already added Kristers Tobers and Jeppe Okkels during the transfer window, and the arrival of Dorrington is expected to bolster their defensive options.
