Ange weighing up forward signing as he eyes £60M star with blistering skills
The manager of Tottenham Hotspur, Ange Postecoglou, is a true fan of a striker worth £60 million and is personally thinking about signing another one.
Lange starts getting ready for the summer transfer.
After a successful first January window in which he helped arrange three significant acquisitions and cleared off a lot of deadwood, Tottenham technical director Johan Lange is by no means resting on his laurels.
Postecoglou is becoming more and more of a popular personality, and Tottenham and Lange are already assembling a shortlist of summer prospects to support him.
As Spurs prepare for their next match against Wolves on Saturday afternoon, Postecoglou is trying to lead his team to a top-four finish and Champions League qualifying the following season.

There’s no doubting Tottenham could need to bolster some important areas if the north Londoners are to secure a spot in the most coveted league in Europe for the next season.
Spurs seem well-stocked in the attacking areas, with Richarlison and Son Heung-min, who are now the biggest lights in Lilywhite, looking excellent. After a challenging start to life at N17, the latter has turned things around under Postecoglou, scoring nine goals in his past nine league appearances.
Dejan Kulusevski’s form has raised some minor worries, however, and Postecoglou might be in a very dangerous scenario due to a few important ailments, as seen by James Maddison and Micky van de Ven’s extended absences earlier in the season.
The team has been linked to a new striker and may even acquire a wide attacker this summer to replace Harry Kane, but Postecoglou is reportedly considering alternative options.
Postecoglou loves Pedro Neto and is thinking about joining a forward for Spurs
The Evening Standard and writer Nizaar Kinsella report this. Kinsella also claims that Tottenham’s manager is a personal favourite of Pedro Neto, a winger for Wolves
It’s hardly surprising that Postecoglou loves Neto and is looking at fresh forwards in light of the Portuguese player’s impressive play under Gary O’Neil.
In his 15 Premier League games so far, Neto has amassed an incredible eight assists and two goals, but according to The Standard, this has also increased his price tag to about £60 million due to competition from Arsenal.
Speaking about the Gunners’ connection to Neto, talkSPORT columnist Gabriel Agbonlahor seems certain that he would be a perfect fit for them.
“They need enough support for Martinelli and Saka. Although Smith Rowe, Trossard, and Vieira are all talented players, Agbonlahor told Football Insider that no one has the same lightning-fast speed.
“Neto demonstrated that. Despite having a difficult two years due to injuries, he is capable. If Arsenal could get him in, he would be ideal.
