Fabrizio Romano shares whether he believes Timo Werner will now stay at Tottenham

There is still a big question mark over Tottenham Hotspur even though the Premier League season is over.

Indeed, Timo Werner’s future is still uncertain.

The German player joined Spurs on loan in January with an option to buy for £15 million. Many people have wondered if Spurs will use that condition.

Werner had a good start to his time at Tottenham, but his play got worse before he got hurt.

Fabrizio Romano told JD Football that he doesn’t think Werner will stay at Spurs and that he has been talking about this with other people.

Spurs are not going to keep Timo Werner

Romano said he doesn’t think Werner will stay at Spurs.

Romano said, “Timo Werner hasn’t made up his mind yet, but I doubt he’ll stay at the club. Olise is interested in both Man United and Chelsea.”

Werner is a deal that just can’t be missed.
Spurs might not be the right team for Timo Werner right now, but at £15 million, the right club could get a great deal on him.

In fact, paying £15 million for a player with a lot of Champions League experience and a good record of getting goals in Germany isn’t a bad idea at all.

Though Werner hasn’t exactly lit up the Premier League with Chelsea and Tottenham, these types of players often do better at smaller clubs because they feel like they’re a big fish in a small pond.

There’s a good chance that Werner will be signed by another Premier League team for just £15 million, even if he doesn’t stay with Tottenham. At his best, he can be a very good scorer, so that price is very fair.

Wenger might not move to Tottenham this summer, but he could very well be going somewhere else.
