Devasted Radu now up-for sale for £40m after just two starts

Ange Postecoglou’s signings at Tottenham have, in the main, done well but the club could be ready to sell one who only arrived in 2024.

The Spurs boss has brought in a number of players since taking over the reins and the likes of James Maddison, Micky van de Ven and Guglielmo Vicario have all proved to be fine signings.

The January window also saw Postecoglou bring more players in as well. Timo Werner arrived on loan, Lucas Bergvall signed as one for the future, while Radu Dragusin signed for around £26m.

Of those three, Werner has had the most impact but there are question marks over if he’ll be signed permanently.

And according to reports, there now question marks over the future of defender, Radu Dragusin

Tottenham could sell Radu Dragusin with Napoli keen

According to a report from The Sun, defender Dragusin is not entirely happy with his situation at the club and Napoli are keen on signing him.

It’s suggested that while Tottenham don’t really want to sell their new signings, a fee of around £40m will be demanded if they do cash in.

Dragusin has started just two games since signing from Genoa in January and has only completed around 220 minutes of action in a Spurs shirt.

Further, as is reported here, his agent has also been making noises about his lack of games.

Dragusin needs to tell his agent to finds Club for Him

Having only arrived in England a few months ago and knowing full well there are two centre-backs in Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven ahead of him, Dragusin can have few complaints really.

The crux of the issue here seems to be an agent with a lot to say for themselves in the media.

That will simply not go down well with a manager like Postecoglou and in a way, it might even be impacting his selection.

Dragusin needs to try and get on top of his situation at Tottenham really. There is ample time and a big summer for him to make an impression.

Getting his agent to keep a bit more shtum, too, could also work in his favour.
