Giovani Lo Celso would be sent away by Sebastian Szymanski

But the 27-year-old has only played four Premier League games under Postecoglou’s leadership, even though Maddison was hurt. This could mean that he has to leave, with Szymanski being the right option.

The 24-year-old signed with his Turkish team in the summer after winning the Dutch Eredivisie with Feyenoord last season. Scout Antonio Mango called him a “exceptional” player.

According to Sofascore, the artistic star has scored 12 goals and set up 14 others in 33 games since the summer. He has also helped defend the team by making an average of 2.3 tackles and 4.3 duels in the Turkish Super Lig.

This shows that he can put on the well-rounded games needed to do well in the Premier League, which is good because Lo Celso is always defending.

He’s also in the top 4% of midfielders in leagues like the Turkish top flight for goals, the top 5% for assists, and the top 14% for actions that lead to shots per 90 minutes, so it’s clear that he’s also pretty good at scoring.

This season, Lo Celso is doing a good job, but Szymanski is younger and just as fast, if not faster. He would be a great addition to a Tottenham team that is on the rise.
