Tottenham now close to signing £25M attacker with similarities to Neymar
There are rumours that Tottenham Hotspur is almost done with a deal to sign Antonio Nusa, a star player for Club Brugge.
These days, Nusa is one of the most sought-after young players in Europe. English teams have also been interested in him in the past.
Arsenal is said to have looked at the youngster before, and Chelsea was also linked with a summer move for Nusa.
However, HLN says that Nusa seems to be on his way to Tottenham right now.
The story says that Tottenham and Brugge are almost done making a deal worth more than £25 million.
Nusa will also stay with Brugge until the end of the season as part of the deal. He will then move to north London in the summer.
In the past few months, 18-year-old Nusa has been a star in Belgium. He has played 26 times for Brugge, but has missed some games because of a back injury. For how well-liked he is, he has already won four caps for Norway.
People on the continent think this young player is one of the most exciting up-and-coming stars. Some have even compared him to Neymar, the Brazilian superstar.
An old friend of Nusa’s, Mats Solheim, said, “I can see similarities between Nusa’s movements and the way he uses the ball.”
