Needs to be better: O’Hara unimpressed with 22yr old Tottenham player vs Man Utd

Jamie O’Hara, a former defender for Tottenham Hotspur, was angry with Brennan Johnson’s play against Manchester United on Sunday.

On Sunday, Tottenham went to Old Trafford to play Manchester United. Many people were looking forward to an exciting game.

Rasmus Hojlund’s early goal was the worst possible start for Spurs. However, Richarlison scored to tie the game, continuing his great form.

Marcus Rashford put United back ahead, but Rodrigo Bentancur quickly tied the game back up after the break.

With the score tied at 2-2, there were chances for both teams to win, but the winning goal never came. Both teams got a point.

What does Jamie O’Hara ask? Brennan Johnson is a player for Tottenham Hotspur.
After the break, Tottenham was the better team, and they will be upset that they couldn’t find the goal.

Timo Werner and Brennan Johnson’s speed was always a threat, but the end result just wasn’t there.

Johnson was really to blame because he made risky runs and got into great positions but couldn’t find a Spurs partner.

Johnson’s last ball was either hit too high or went right into the hands of United goalkeeper Andre Onana every time.

The Welsh player has a lot of potential, but Tottenham paid £47.5 million for him in September and still hasn’t seen the steady results they need.

Former Tottenham player and commentator Jamie O’Hara wasn’t too pleased against United. He said that Johnson’s finishing ball is “always poor.”

O’Hara says Johnson has a lot of promise but “needs to be better” in the last third of the field.

Johnson has time on his side because he is only 22 years old and has a lot of time to get it right more often.

A lot of big passes for Richarlison have come from Johnson lately, so we know that kind of skill is in him.

Tottenham needs to see that quality more often, though, because they paid a lot of money to get him. Big things are expected of them.
