£12M pre-agreed Tottenham signing set for loan transfer

According to information provided to Tottenham News, Luka Vuskovic is poised to depart Hajduk Split and join a club in the Netherlands on loan.

Tottenham had already secured the acquisition of the highly-talented central defender in a deal valued at £12 million, as reported by the Evening Standard on September 25th.

The Croatian prodigy had attracted significant attention from top European clubs such as Manchester City, Liverpool, and Paris Saint-Germain, all vying for the 16-year-old’s signature.

However, due to FIFA regulations following the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union, British clubs are restricted from signing overseas players under the age of 18.

Throughout the previous season, Vuskovic contributed to his team’s success by making 11 appearances, aiding in Hajduk Split’s triumph in the Croatian Cup. Additionally, he captained the club’s Under-19 team, guiding them to the final of the UEFA Youth League.
