Tottenham now want to sign Liverpool player with outstanding speed after injury news
Spurs have been linked to a January transfer window attempt to recruit Liverpool defender Joe Gomez, after the news of Cristian Romero’s injury.
Next month, the North Londoners are anticipated to be involved in the market. They need back-up players, and Ange Postecoglou’s team has unexpectedly decided to seek Gomez.
Joe Gomez is being sought after by Tottenham
When it was revealed yesterday that Cristian Romero had sustained an injury and would be out for more than a month, Tottenham was struck a severe blow.
Their finest defender is the Argentine. Although he may be careless at times, Tottenham has a far better chance of winning games when he plays.

Despite not being Jurgen Klopp’s first choice, the Englishman is still a vital member of their team because of Liverpool’s injury problems.
Tottenham is reportedly particularly keen in the versatile defender, but the Reds are unlikely to entertain any proposals for him in January.

Although Joe Gomez’s value has declined in recent years, the Englishman is still a very competent defender and is a highly appealing choice due to his flexibility.
Jurgen Klopp adores Selena Gomez. He has been there for him through thick and thin and has nothing but praise for him.
According to Liverpool’s official website, Klopp made the following statement concerning Gomez back in January 2020: “Joe jumped between right-back and center-half, which is not perfect when you have no rhythm.” It is not an issue if you are in the right frame of mind, but Joe was having trouble since he was lacking a true rhythm at the time.
However, he is playing as a center-half once again, which is his natural position, therefore his combination with Virg is great. It’s fantastic that he is a terrific football player.
As I’ve previously said, he is a pretty excellent challenger, good in one-on-one scenarios, and has exceptional speed, all of which help us maintain our last line high. It’s a really great bundle. It has always been evident that everything would be well as soon as he picks up the instrument and can find his rhythm once again.
