Tottenham’s interest comes at a crucial time. The North London side have been hit by a long-term injury to Dominic Solanke, leaving Thomas Frank short of options in attack.
With the team’s recent struggles in front of goal, finding a reliable goalscorer has become a top priority for the Spurs boss. The club’s recruitment team has identified David as a potential solution, and discussions with his representatives have already taken place.
The 25-year-old forward has long been admired across Europe for his pace, work rate, and clinical finishing.
