Fabio Paratici has told Tottenham to sign club’s most important star to replace player

Fabio Paratici, an unofficial club assistant, has suggested to Tottenham and chairman Daniel Levy a £50 million player who could replace a player on Ange Postecoglou’s team who might be leaving.

Postecoglou himself said that the people of North London need to make “drastic” changes this summer.

It looks like Tottenham is willing to sell more than a dozen players when the window opens again. This would definitely help the rebuilding process.

It has been said that Tottenham is looking to sell Emerson Royal, Bryan Gil, Giovani Lo Celso, Troy Parrott, Joe Rodon, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Richarlison, Tanguy Ndombele, Sergio Reguilon, Japhet Tanganga, Manor Solomon, and Djed Spence this summer. Postecoglou is likely looking to make changes to the whole team.

The Australian also says Spurs will need more than one trade window to become a full force.

“We haven’t had any European football this year, so if you’ve got European football as well it’s impossible to try to maintain a level of performance in the Premier League and play in multiple competitions unless you have a strong squad,” said Postecoglou about new signings.

“That’s probably the hardest part, since you can’t do it in one, two, or three windows unless you have a really strong base to begin with.” It takes time, people change, and some leave, so by the time you find the right mix of players, they may not even be there.

Levy is told by Paratici to get Ederson for Tottenham

The Mirror says that Spurs are planning to sell Hojbjerg and have been told to sign Atalanta star Ederson as a £50 million alternative.

After Ederson had a great season under Gian Piero Gasperini, Paratici personally told Tottenham to sign him. He was also very important in their win over Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League final, which was Xabi Alonso’s only loss of the season.

German Denis, a former star player for Atalanta, has called Ederson his “most important” player. Tim Vickery, an expert on South American football, agrees.
