Tottenham Hotspur star vents on social media with damning 17 word message

James Maddison, a star player for Tottenham Hotspur, vented his anger on social media on Friday evening, after the team lost three games in a row.

As the race for a spot in Europe heats up, Manchester United, Newcastle United, and Chelsea have all moved in on Ange Postecoglou’s team. They still have four games to go. As Spurs try to turn things around, they have to play Liverpool and Manchester City in their next three games.

Tottenham Hotspur has given up nine goals in their last three Premier League losses. They lost 2-0 to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Thursday night, then lost 3-2 to Arsenal in the north London derby and finally lost 4-0 to Newcastle United at St James’ Park.

On his Instagram story, Maddison shared a bunch of pictures from the meeting with Mauricio Pochettino’s men and wrote, “Disappointed with our performances of late.” Being very careful to fix it. We have no other choice.

The England player has only scored once in 2024 and hasn’t scored or set up a goal in his last seven league games for his team. It was the first time since January, when he came back from illness, that Maddison wasn’t in the starting lineup. He came off the bench against Chelsea.
