Spurs are in regular contact about signing PL star as a free agent

According to Football Insider, Tottenham Hotspur is still in touch with Tosin Adarabioyo on a daily basis as they try to complete a deal to sign the Fulham star this summer.

A number of news sites have said in the past few weeks that Spurs want to sign Adarabioyo and that the center-back is willing to join the Lilywhites (Football.London).

A few days ago, Fabrizio Romano said that Adarabioyo had turned down Fulham’s offers for a new deal and was planning to leave Craven Cottage for free in the summer.

One source said that Spurs are now preparing for a summer deal for Adarabioyo and are in regular touch with the English player’s camp.

According to the story, Liverpool, AC Milan, and Monaco are also interested in the defender. However, Ange Postecoglou’s team wants to get “into pole position” to get the player.

The news source also says that the North London team is now “working in the background” with Adarabiyo’s team to make a deal happen.

In Our Opinion

Spurs would really like to get Adarabioyo as a centre back because he is quick, from Nigeria, and good with the ball. Should the great player from Fulham agree to join Tottenham Hotspur, it would be a simple matter for Postecoglou’s team to make the deal.
